Water Bottle Cup Holder Fit Calculator
Enter the inside diameter of your car cup holder to find WBA bottle configurations with a measured base that fits. Results come directly from our Bottle Database.
What is the inside diameter of your car cup holder?
How to measure your cup holder
- Use a ruler or caliper.
- Measure from one inner wall to the opposite wall through the center. Measure inside diameter, not outside width.
- If the holder narrows toward the bottom, measure the narrowest section the bottle must pass through.
- Enter that measurement above.
How the calculator works
We compare your cup holder’s inside diameter with the WBA Bottle Database’s measured bottle base diameter. This is a practical estimate for most conventional bottle shapes. Cup holders can taper or have rubber tabs and inserts, so even a close dimensional match may not fit in every real-world holder.
Only configurations with a WBA-tested base diameter are included. “Very close fit” means the calculated clearance is 0.01 in (0.254 mm) or less; the database records diameters to 0.01 in. A positive clearance is dimensional eligibility, not a guarantee of physical fit.
